technicals: bathtub with blue tub tints, self timer, self reflections, this is what came out of the camera, no manips. I took what I could get.  I wish there weren't so much skin hanging out on the right, and I could manip it out but I'm not touching this photo. This is what I looked like earlier tonight. This is what happened. I'm doing these self portraits for class. Don't worry about me, I'm just having some fun exploring my psyche.  Daily DeviationGiven 2005-04-29There's something serene about being under water, something of comfort in the silence, the feeling of weightlessness, the cool moisture on your skin. This is what Why be afraid? by =diamondscan reminds me of. And part of the reason this photograph touched me so. We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it. Each day we will feature 5 deviations from the Literature categories in a News Article. In order to support the artists that we feature, we ask that you  the news article as well as check out the individual pieces. We understand that each day you may not be able to check out each and every one of the pieces, everyone has their own things going on.
